It is the quickest way to get started and is ideal for organizations that do not have a dedicated IT staff or want to avoid software management (installation, maintenance, upgrade, backup).
In the hosted version, we take care of backups, upgrades, availability and security. It is also ideal for those who travel and need anytime-anywhere access as you do not have to worry about firewall issues and exposing your private network to a possible security breach.

Celoxis servers are located in a world class data center in the USA. The facilities have multiple redundant Internet connections, redundant power supply from different power companies, battery backup and are monitored by administrators 24/7. The data center is also protected from natural disasters like earthquakes.
Our computers are protected by firewalls. This isolates access points and shields important computers on the internal production network like database servers from the internet.
Our computers, operating systems and applications are continuously upgraded with all the security fixes and we also follow the CERT advisories as well. We also run regular audits to double check any vulnerabilities that may have resulted due to mis-configuration or manual errors.
Data is backed up on a daily basis and moved to a secure off-site storage.
Security is time consuming and requires great expertise. With the ASP model, implementing security is now out-sourced to us. We understand that our reputation is at stake and do every possible thing to doing it right and gaining more confidence of our customers.
