What is the file space for? Is project/task/time sheet etc. calculated towards disk space?
The file space is ONLY for files uploaded into the application. The project data which is part of the database is not included in the file space and is not charged.
Do you offer SSL?
Yes. We offer industrial strength 128 bit SSL. Click on SSL in the top menu bar for SSL access
Why do you offer non-SSL access?
Non-SSL access is faster because it does not have the overhead associated with SSL.
Will I be billed automatically each month?
No. We do not store your credit card information. Your card is processed by reseller Fast Spring and all transactions happen on their web site.
How will I know that I my account is up for renewal?
The system displays a warning message to all users for the last 7 days of your account validity. You should renew your account at this time.
How do I renew my account?
Any user with administrative rights can log in and renew. From the top menu select Setup->Company->View License Information and then click on Extend Account
What happens if I do not renew my account in time?
Your account is automatically locked. Only the administrator can log in to the system. Once we receive your payment, licenses are issued and the account is unlocked.
Why is my account locked even though my subscription is valid?
You account is locked because your active users exceed the licensed user count. This happens when you choose to renew your account for fewer licenses than you active users. You must either purchase licenses for the additional users or archive some users to make the active user count equal to or less than licensed users.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Toolbar > Setup > Company and then click on Cancel Subscription link
When will my account be activated?
Your trial account is activated instantly.
Can I buy additional licenses later?
Yes, you can purchase additional licenses whenever you wish.
What kind of support do I get?
You have full access to our helpdesk system. You can track your tickets, watch video tutorials and view documentation.

What is your cancellation policy?
The minimum commitment for the service is 1 month. You can cancel your service any time. However, no refunds are offered for the unused portion of time. To cancel your account, please contact our support desk.
How will I be billed?
We do not store your credit card information and do not bill you automatically. You will have to manually extend your user licenses. A reminder alert will be displayed 7 days before your account expires when you log on to the application.
