You can add users without log in accounts for FREE. There are two benefits to this.

• As a manager if you only need to be able to assign tasks to users but do not need them to update task status, fill time sheets, expenses, participate in discussions or share files you can add them for FREE. You can add as many as you need.
• You can use this to add 'Generic Roles' to which you can assign tasks during planning and then replace them with specific resources at a later time. This is useful when you are planning for a future project.

Please read the documentation for details. However, since Celoxis is a planning and tracking tool, you will derive maximum benefit only when users update task status, fill time sheets/expenses and so on.

Your clients can login to Celoxis to monitor and collaborate on projects if you provide them access. Client access is FREE, but limited. Clients can view tasks, view and update task status depending on privileges you have granted. Clients can also participate in discussion forums, work with project documents and participate in workflows.

These are named licenses. This means that if you have 5 user licenses you can only add 5 users with log in accounts and only these 5 users can log in. You can add users without log in accounts for FREE.
