License Request (Installable Version)

IMPORTANT: Incorrect information will delay installation. If you are unsure of what to enter, please contact your system administrator.

Name of Company*		The name of your company.
Email address*		Product download instructions will be sent to this address
Hardware ID*		Download the license program by clicking on the link below for the platform where you plan to install the software Windows Linux/BSD (32 Bit) Linux (64 Bit) Sun Solaris Open a command prompt on the machine where you plan to install Celoxis Run the downloaded program and copy the output here
Platform*		e.g. Redhat Linux 9.0, Sun Solaris, Windows XP/2000
Database*
Database Host Name*		If same as Celoxis machine, enter localhost here. If different than the Celoxis machine, open a command prompt on the Celoxis machine and ensure that the command `ping whatever-you-type-here` runs successfully. If unsuccessful then please contact your system administrator.
Database Name		Limit to 8 characters and use only letters (A to Z)
Database Server Port		Default ports: 1433 for MS SQL Server, 1521 for Oracle and 5432 for Postgresql. If your database machine is protected by a firewall, ask your system administrator to open this port.
