Create a database with the same database name as specified in your license file.

	Important
	To allow non-English text to be entered into Celoxis, specify UTF8 character set for your database.

Create a database user e.g. celoxis. Grant this user all permissions on the database. Also give this user unlimited quota for tablespace users.
