Once the plan is complete, the manager changes the state of a project to Open. At that moment the software sends email notifications to all task assignees. In order to ensure that team members do not forget the tasks assigned to them, Celoxis also sends an email reminder to team members one day before the task is scheduled to start.

Celoxis uses color codes to indicate tasks that are delayed and blocked (tasks that could not be started as their predecessors are not yet done).
