4.3.4. Controlling Client Privileges

Clients have accounts in the system. They can:

  1. Work on documents in the specially designated client folder per project

  2. Participate in discussion forums in the specially designated client forum per project

  3. View tasks if given privilege

  4. View status updates to tasks if given privilege

  5. Do status updates if given privilege

  6. Participate in project processes like approvals and issues. Clients can participate in a process if they have started the process, if it is assigned to them or if it is marked "client visible".

  7. Clients can share Documents, participate in Discussion forums and start processes on their projects.

To assign client privilege

  1. From the toolbar click SetupCompany

  2. Under general section click Clients

  3. Select a client and click Edit from the action dropdown

  4. Under Privileges section select the privileges you want to give to the client. Click Submit
