Amounts are displayed using this.

This is used to display all currency amounts in Celoxis. eg. project cost, budget, billing amounts etc.

We understand that different users may be geographically dispersed. This requires that the time be displayed in a user's local time zone. When adding users, the time zone entered here is copied to the user which may be changed if required.

Non-English users need only worry about this. Celoxis offers a sophisticated search capability which searches documents as well. Searching is not limited to matching exact words. eg if you search for the word "gambling" documents with the words "gamble" or "gambles" must also be listed in the search results. For this to work a special language analyzer is required. Currently only a few languages are supported. Instead of prompting the user for the language for each document uploaded, this setting is assumed for all documents uploaded into Celoxis. The documents must also be encoded using UTF-8.

In some countries the first day of the week is Sunday while others it is Monday. This is used for displaying information in Calendar format such as in the Calendar, Timesheet and Project Calendar and Calendar style reports.

In our hosted version a rare circumstance is that two users from different company have the same log in name and password. At such time the user is prompted to enter this to identify the company they belong to.
