A Gantt chart is a graphical representation of your project plan and progress. Gantt charts are useful because of their graphical nature and high information density. In Celoxis, you can not only view the planned schedule but also the projected and actual views making it easy to evaluate project progress.
The solid blue and black bars represent the planned schedule, the orange bars indicate the percent complete while the dashed bars indicate the actual or projected schedule.
To view the Gantt chart of tasks within a project,
Select a project.
From the sub menu bar, click →.
Change the options as required. You can also choose between a Weekly and Monthly view.
To see resources, move the mouse over the Gantt bar.
To see the projected Gantt, select the Show Projected option.
