7.3.1. E-Mailing Your Team

The concept of a project team allows you to control access to a project and information within it. All resources assigned to tasks for a project are automatically added to the project team. There may also be others who need access to the project but are not assigned any tasks, for example, stake holders. You must add such members explicitly to the project team.

You can change the privileges given to the project team. For more information, read Dynamic Roles (Section 5.2.2).

To view just the project team in the list while assigning resources to tasks instead of all resources:

  1. From toolbar click SetupCompany

  2. Click Configure in the row next to project in the Configure Modules section

  3. Uncheck the option Show all users... and click Save
