There are a number of pre-defined roles in Celoxis. They are
Administrator : Administrators are like super users. They can manage users, roles, privileges, categories, etc.
Project Manager & Team Member :
If a user is accessing a resource that is in a project (e.g. details, tasks, emails, project documents), and
If the user is the manager, he/she is assigned the role project manager.
If the user is a member of the team, he is assigned the role project team member
