5.2.1. Pre-defined Roles

There are a number of pre-defined roles in Celoxis. They are

  1. Administrator : Administrators are like super users. They can manage users, roles, privileges, categories, etc.

  2. Project Manager & Team Member :

    1. If a user is accessing a resource that is in a project (e.g. details, tasks, emails, project documents), and

    2. If the user is the manager, he/she is assigned the role project manager.

    3. If the user is a member of the team, he is assigned the role project team member
