Fixed

Fixed
- When approving time, time entries made on last day of the month, when 'Last Month' or 'Custom Date Range' was selected, was not shown.

- Although licenses were issued instantly, they would not work for certain time in some cases.

Fixed
- Total was not rounded up for hours entered on 'Weekly Time' screen.
- Task’s time was incorrect when importing in Google Calendar for certain time zones.
- Non administrative users were not able to see the date filter when approving time although they had privilege to approve time sheets.
- When exporting the worksheet to Excel, the ID and Name columns were duplicated in certain cases.
- Microsoft Project import made more robust to handle inconsistencies in Microsoft Project files

- Processes can be reassigned to any valid client in the project, not just the project’s primary client.

- A column ‘Messages’ has been added to document reports. This shows the number of discussion messages in a document, if any.
- Project code can now be used in grouping.
Fixed
- While updating a task progress, the date of update would be saved as one day after, in certain cases.
- Team members now are subscribed to the discussion started by the client depending on the project option.
- Column total on the weekly time screen would not be rounded in certain conditions.

- Cloning a project resulted in duplication of role assignments.

- Character set of report when downloaded as HTML was not set to UTF-8.
- On the task worksheet, delete key in 'edit' mode deleted the task, not the text.

- Downloading HTML version of a report multiple times returned the same file.

- Resources were assigned more work than allocated when multiple resources were assigned to a task with allocation in hours.
- "New folder" action was not visible in project folder actions. This only affected customers whose account was created after 1st Jan 2011

Fixed
- Performance update - if you are an on-premise customer and your Celoxis app hangs intermittently, you should update to this release immediately.
- Replace resource on task worksheet resulted in error when the resource was replaced with “Nobody”.
- Adding non-project time resulted in an error when notification was enabled.
- Tasks in the My Events section showed incorrect dates on mouse over.
- Document could be checked in by another user even when the document was exclusively checked out.

New help center released integrated with the application. Both SaaS and On-Premise customers can now access the help center in a single click. The new help center will be the one place to track help desk requests, participate in forums, view documentation, view videos and more!

- Expand/collapse state for some tasks was not remembered across pages.
- Planned percent complete of projects was calculated incorrectly when its budget was left blank.
- Clicking on the progress update count in the task attachments column, would not take the user to the progress update report for a task.

- Underline for hyperlinks for improved usability.
- ‘Remember this report when accessing a project’ and ‘Remember this report when accessing a task’ functionality to reduce clicks. Users will directly be taken to the report of their choosing.
- Improved logging of SQL queries. It will now be easy to identify performance issues for on-site customers.
- ‘Download Debug Bundle’ functionality that downloads a zip file that can be sent to our support team. This is a convenient way to send log files and configuration information and will reduce the resolution time for support queries.
- SaaS users can manager their user accounts without having to log in using the special administrator account, even after their account is locked due to license expiration.

- Users imported via CSV did not inherit creators’ favorite reports, dashboard and date settings.
- CSV export of currency and numbers included grouping separators but this caused Excel to misbehave in certain locales. Numbers and currency fields now do not have grouping separators.

- Expand/Collapse of task nodes is remembered even in reports
- Completed tasks are now shown in light gray for visual separation in reports.

Primarily a bug-fix and performance enhancing release.
Fixed
- The Project Billing Rates page crashed when any of its time codes was archived
- Incorrect date on update progress / fill time screen for timezone Australia (NSW)
- User cost rate not considered in the estimated cost calculation for a task if it had no time entries and rate was added after creating that task.
- Some emails (e.g. task update, new task) could not be handled when plussed addressing is disabled.
- If user A does a time entry for user B, user A’s cost rate was considered.
- Column T : Amount (Actual, Billable) did not account for billable expense for that task.
- Saving a custom field of type numeric for some processes resulted in error.
- Editing a time entry via mobile interface resulted in error.
- When a project had no tasks, sometimes adding a new task did not work.
- Dashboard slowness on some browsers. Note that dashboard drag-n-drop functionality has been removed.
- Error while installing app as a windows service some times resulted in error. The service.bat file for 32-bit and 64-bit OS is now automatically picked up during service registration.
- API returned incorrect error message when a non-admin user accessed the API.
- Application lockup with error message - Could not retrieve connection info from pool.
- Import of client accounts from CSV did not work in some cases
- Task worksheet did not work correctly when decimal separator was a comma.
- Download document versions returned the same version of the file
Added
- Dashboard reports are now added to Mobile dashboard
- The group by column spans to the multiple column till a column that is summable is reached in reports. This utilizes the screen space more effectively and significantly improves report layout.

Menu

- Users can be assigned specific roles per project. E.g. Joe can be a Project Stakeholder in Project A but be a Project Viewer in Project B.
- Alert when two or more users attempt to edit a project's worksheet at same time.
- Concise project information bar indicates critical project information like % complete, on-time/delayed, etc.
- Disable features functionality has been removed.
- Old Gantt chart support has been removed.
- Full time zone support - scheduling engine takes into account the time zones to calculate task start and finish dates.

Tasks
- Effort based scheduling with new planning options - Fixed Effort, Fixed Duration and Fixed Units.

- Enhanced resource allocation screen with what-if analysis - lets you know before-hand whether your allocation will cause a conflict.
- Inter-project task dependencies. This is also depicted in Gantt charts.
- Speed up task creation by importing from CSV file.
- Create and update tasks by email.
- Exception work hours. Need to work on the next two weekends to complete a critical project? No problem. Enter work hour exception and Celoxis will automatically adjust task dates to reflect this. You can specify partial/full work/non-work hours for individual users or all users at a work location or the entire organization.
- On the task worksheet you can a resource to multiple tasks in one go.
- Dependency syntax has changed : 9/-3d,10 should now be written as 9[-3d],10. This was mandated because of localization support.
- Resource allocation syntax has changed : Joe/50%, Mary/25% should now be written as Joe [50%], Mary [25%]. This was mandated because of localization support.
- You can specify allocation for a task either in hours or % but not both at the same time. This was mandated because of the new planning options that automatically grows or shrinks task attributes.
Timesheets
- New simplified weekly time entry screen significantly reduces mouse clicks.
- Users with administrator privilege can now fill time for other users.
- You can speed up time entry by copying previous week's tasks and/or time entries to current week.
- Non-project time functionality.
- Approve time screen displays Pending, Approved and Total hours of users for convenience.
- Bulk approve time entry screen can be filtered by user.
Calendar
- iCal export: See your Celoxis calendar in Google Calendar, Outlook or any other iCal viewer.
- User with administrator privilege can create events for other users.
- New enhanced repeat options for events.
- Working/Non-working option allows user to indicate whether they are available for regular work during the event. Tasks will be scheduled taking this into consideration.
- Users can now enter partial day off-time.
- You may now specify holidays per work calendar thus allowing you to setup location specific holidays.
- Holidays can now be marked as recurring just like any other event.
Forums
- Forums have been renamed as Discussions
- Single forum per project and company simplifies forum management and participation
- Users can now directly subscribe to discussions instead of forums.
- A discussion inside a project can be marked as Client Shared if client participation is desired on that discussion.
Reports
- Majority of columns are available in group by and sort by options
- Improved date range filter - you can specific relative dates like "This Month" or even custom patterns like "-7d to 14d" which means 7 days ago to 14 days hence
- Advanced filter options like - less than, contains, starts with etc.
- Prompt-able filters are available in output enabling you to quickly view report for other options
- Reports are now paginated to reduce load times
- Sorting is now possible in ascending and descending order.
- You can take actions on lists directly from the report - for example - you can request progress updates on all tasks directly from your task report
- You can create pie, bar and bubble charts even using custom fields
- Drill down charts (Pie, Bar, Bubble ) enables you to quickly view details and you can take action from there too!
- Charts can be saved as an image for easy sharing or embedding in other documentation.
- Users can now create personal reports. However security policies are automatically applied to ensure that users can only view authorized information.
- Share reports with users within the same department or across departments
- Each user can customize the report output (group/sort/columns) even on shared report. This allows maximum flexibility as users can save time by sharing reports but also personalize the output to suit their individual needs.
- Share reports with clients too! You control how much or how little they see.
- Reports are now grouped under relevant heads to make it easy to locate when there are hundreds are reports.
- Resource utilization chart is now available as a report.
- You can add your custom filters just like any other report
- You can view free and total hours per user
- You can set exception working/non-working time directly from here
- Column headings are frozen so they remain intact as you scroll down a big list

Client Management
- Client hierarchy behavior changed - In version 4.5, if P was the parent of C, then it meant C reports to P, now it means P contains C. This is more intuitive as indicated by most of our customers.
- Simplified client sharing. Share any document or discussion with client - no special client folder/forum - just mark it as client shared.
- Shared reports will be available on client dashboard.
Email Notifications
- Notifications for generic users.
- Generic users can update task progress and time via email.
Administration
- New support for YYYY-MM-DD date format while entering dates, especially useful to our Scandinavian customers.
- Locale specific number formatting.
- Company settings page simplified.
- Time Zone settings moved from individual users to work calendar making it easier to manage multi-locations.
- Speed up user creation by importing from CSV file.
- Speed up client creation by importing from CSV file.
- Name, Middle Name and Last Name are merged as Name for users, clients and contacts.
- Task security simplified - contained items don't have individual security by inherit those of the task - in short, if a person can view a task, he/she can view anything that is inside the task.
