Server

Operating system of the Celoxis host.

On a VM, enter aaaaaaaaaaaa. On physical hardware, run the ID tool.

How to read the hardware ID
  1. If Java is not already installed, first download and install Java from here.
  2. Then download this program and run it on the computer where Celoxis will be installed.
  3. Windows: double-click the file. Linux or macOS: in a terminal, cd to the download folder and run java -jar celoxis-license.jar
  4. Copy the 12-character ID from the pop-up into this field.

Database

Use localhost if the database is on the same machine.

Leave blank for the default: 1433 (SQL Server), 1521 (Oracle), 5432 (PostgreSQL).

Maximum 8 characters.

Confirm the host is reachable

From a command prompt on the Celoxis machine, ping the host name and confirm it succeeds before submitting.

Typical reply: one business day.
