Can we buy additional licenses later?
Yes, you can purchase additional licenses any time. If you are on a subscription plan, the licenses will co-terminate with your other licenses.
On-premise customers will also be charged a pro-rated support fee if they are in a maintenance contract.
Can we change our plan later?
You can upgrade (e.g. purchase additional users or change billing frequency from monthly to yearly) at any time. However, you can downgrade (e.g. reduce the number of users or change billing frequency from yearly to monthly), only after your current plan expires.
We do not offer the provision of reducing users for increased duration. For example, halve the number user licenses but double the duration instead.
